Run 700 Excite Live: GOAL exercise in time - powered by Technogym
Wednesday Progression Session 🔥
Wednesday night workout in the books. The plan started with a steady 4k tempo, but the legs were feeling good, so it turned into a progressive effort. Loved picking up the pace each kilometer! 4k Splits: 5:25 -> 5:17 -> 4:57 -> 4:40 Finished off the main set with 10 sharp and fast 100m strides to work on speed and form. A tough but very rewarding session. Great way to cap off the day! 💪
